Warrior Combative Systems was born out the necessity of finding some kind of self defense system that would have a chance against the wide variety of criminal violence in South Africa, which would range from domestic violence, knife attacks, rape, hijacking, armed robbery, murder to military-style attacks and executions of farmer families. It is a no rule, no boundaries, no tolerance silent full scale war raging.

We needed a Self Defense System which first of all was reality based, easy to learn and most important which worked and would help to maximize the chances of survival for everybody, doesn't matter if you are a young woman walking home after a evening out or a soldier caught behind enemy lines. There are no "pure self defense" system which cover all the facets of the South African Crime Variety , although many , if not all will claim it. The problem claiming and doing are two different things. 

Warrior Combative System are a mix of Close Combat, Military Tactics and Reality Based Self-defense and Survival Tactics with the main focus on Law Enforcement, Security and Military. If a technique works then continue to use it and if it doesn't, then get rid of it, regardless of the martial art system and it is a continuous learning process of doing different courses from different RBSD Systems and keep what works with the ultimate goal to Survive!. 

And so Warrior Combative Systems were born.
